GymSports Education Matrix

The GymSports Education Matrix has been designed to recognise the stages of athlete development as well as coach development.  With the aim of eventually providing quality development opportunities across all stages of coach and athlete development, the GEM is a evolving matrix developed to promote continual learning and educational opportunities.
