Gymfun is a teaching programme based on the fundamental movement patterns of gymnastics. It ideally suitable for GymSport clubs and schools.         The appeal is that it offers fun and action packed activities while promoting good body management and movement awareness. It lays a good movement foundation for children who may wish to develop their skills in sports outside of the GymSport arena.  Children can enjoy Gymfun at their own pace, in a non competitive, non threatening and coeducational environment. The programme is user friendly to both the gymnasts/students and the teachers.       Resources for teachers include a set of teaching cards, teaching manual, progress sheets, video, planning and evaluation cards. Students and gymnasts can be awarded certificates and cloth badges as part of a reward system at the level of participation and competence.
