PERFORMANCE
GymSports New Zealand promotes the benefits of competition across 5 GymSports at all levels. Programmes have been developed to assist clubs that wish to offer competitive settings for children through to adults.
National and International competition is part of the development of these athletes and is driven by the passion and enthusiasm of the wide network of clubs across New Zealand and the GymSports National Office staff.

EXCEL
HIGH PERFORMANCE
GymSports New Zealand promotes and provides High Performance Programmes for different GymSports. GymSports New Zealand's accreditation to the world body, International Federation of Gymnastics (FIG) allows athletes to compete at World and Olympic level.
